All of the Decipher TextMessage saved data is stored independently from the program, in your account user data section. This article will discuss how to find that 'Decipher Media' folder of data so you can copy it to a USB thumb drive (or however you want to copy/move the files), and where to put it on the new machine.
Please note that copying the 'Decipher Media' folder will overwrite any new data on your new computer, so you'll want to run Decipher TextMessage again on your new computer before making a new backup.

Windows 8 and 10: In the Windows search bar type %appdata% (with the percents) and press return/enter. A file browser window will open to the Application Data folder.
Windows 7, Vista, XP: From the start menu, select Run. In the run box, type %appdata% (with the percents) and press return/enter. A file browser window will open to the Application Data folder.
- You should see a Decipher Media folder in the Application Data folder, which contains your sms history database and all of the photo attachments. We want that whole folder.
- Open Finder, and select the 'Go' menu at the top of the screen. Hold the Option key, and select the 'Library' menu option from the Go menu. (On OSX Lion and above, Library will only appear with the Option key held.)
- From Library, navigate to Application Support.
- Inside the Application Support folder, there will be a folder named Decipher Media, which contains your sms history database and all of the photo attachments. We want to copy that whole folder.

- Similar to where we pulled the data from, we need to find the location of your user data folder on your new machine.
