SophosID is migrating identity providers. As a result, you are required to log in to any application using your SophosID before March 31, 2020 in order to maintain your current credentials. After March 31, if you have not already logged in with your SophosID you will be required to perform a password reset.

We are in progress of changing the Identity Provider behind SophosID, the identity you use to log in to the Sophos Partner Portal as well as several other Sophos online resources. We began the migration process in early February 2020 and have been silently migrating identities as they log in. If you’re one of the tens of thousands to have recently logged in, congratulations! Your work here is done, and you’ve already been migrated.
Sophos Accreditations
If you haven’t logged in with your SophosID recently, please perform the following steps:
Log in to a Sophos application with your SophosID before March 31, 2020. Just once.

Cookies are small text files stored on your computer that tell us when you're signed in. To learn how to allow cookies, check the online help in your web browser. Sign in with your Sophos ID. I'm trying to do the Sophos / NetExam XG Training, and it recommends setting up a new account at central.sophos.com so I cn do a trail and get all the features to play with during the training. I've done that three times with brand new addresses, and each time it gets stuck on the 'One Moment while we sign you in' after going thrpough the email.
If you log in to a Sophos application before March 31, we will silently migrate your identity. You will never know a change has happened. If you log in after March 31, you will need to perform password reset. We recommend logging in before that date to avoid any inconvenience.
Applications using SophosID include (but are not limited to) the following list below. If you log in to any of these, we’ll be able to migrate your identity:
- MySophos (licensing portal)
- Sophos Partner Portal
- NetExam (training portal)
- SophServ (support portal)
- Sophos Community (support forums)
- Sophos Ideas (user feedback for products)
